It’s important to note that this ISN’T about the Joseph Group. It’s about not wanting a car dealership at the entrance to Norwood. We hope the Josephs make a lot of money off this parcel… just through a different business model.

Toward the goal of being solution-oriented, we share the following examples of mixed-use developments / entertainment districts alongside other bike trails. These are from other thriving trails in Ohio, Indiana, and Wisconsin.

Long story short: We want to see this parcel become a destination for Norwood residents and Wasson Way visitors. Imagine retail and dining options on the ground level with office space and housing on the upper floors. This could be a win-win for everyone involved. And it’s not a stretch for the Josephs since they are already in the real estate business in other parts of town.
